Q. What is Royston Arts Festival? A.It's a four day Arts Festival run by the people of Royston, Hertfordshire (UK). It covers art, craft, music, dance, drama, new writing and a whole lot more and aims to celebrate creativity and give residents the opportunity to experience both professional and amateur work first-hand. Typically, the Festival features about fifty events, exhibitions and workshops. Many of these are run independently by local clubs and societies. Q. Where do things happen? A. The Festival is spread over several venues around the town. Most events take place within Royston town centre (search Google maps for the postcode: SG8 7DA). Core hubs include the Town Hall, Parish Church, Museum and Library. Evening events and workshops also take place in the town's schools and artists may open their own studios or homes to the public. Q. How can I get the latest Festival news? A. Follow us on Twitter @RoyArtsFest or become our friend on Facebook or sign up to our e-newsletter. The Festival website is also regularly updated. Q. I've got some time to spare. How can I help the Festival? A. We need people who can spare a little time before, during or after the festival to help with things like packaging up programmes, staffing events and collating feedback. Even if you've only got half an hour to spare you can make a difference. Click here to find out more.

Q. What opportunities can the Festival offer my business? A. We offer three different levels of sponsorship. Compared to an advertising feature in the local newspapers, sponsoring a Festival event is a cheap and effective method of maintaining your company's name at the forefront of your consumers' minds.
